EInfra Rewards is our Buyer rewards program that allows eligible Buyers to earn reward points on successful orders placed through einfrasouq.com. The more you procure through the Platform, the more reward points you can earn.

How EInfra Rewards Work

Step 01

Earn reward points on eligible orders as soon as the Seller accepts your order.

Step 02

Every 100 points = OMR 1 redeemable value.

Step 03

Reward redemption requests must be submitted before the end of each month.

Step 04

Unclaimed points will expire at the beginning of the following month.

How to Earn Points

Registered Buyers automatically earn EInfra Reward Points on eligible orders placed through the Platform. For every OMR 10 of eligible order value, you earn 1 EInfra Reward Point.

Redeem Rewards

  • Every 100 EInfra Reward Points = OMR 1 redeemable value.
  • Eligible Buyers can view available points and submit redemption requests through the Dashboard.
  • Redemption requests are processed within 7 business days.

Promotional Offers

Special promotional campaigns allow Buyers to earn additional reward points or receive enhanced reward benefits.

10X Rewards Opportunity

Earn up to OMR 1,000 per month during selected campaigns.

Important Conditions

  • Reward points are issued to the specific Buyer account.
  • Points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other accounts.
  • Points have no independent monetary value outside the program.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or non-platform rewards.
  • Points may be withheld or reversed for cancellations or fraud.
  • Buyers are responsible for monthly submission deadlines.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.
  • The Platform reserves the right to verify order eligibility.

When Credited?

  • Placed via a registered Buyer account.
  • Order accepted by the Seller.
  • Not cancelled, rejected, or refunded.
Points relating to ineligible orders may be withheld or removed from the Buyer's balance.

Registered Buyers can access the EInfra Rewards section from their Buyer Dashboard to:

View total points earned.
Check equivalent reward value.
Track redemption status.
